If you have a question about warranty or a problem with a product, you will need to explain the problem as precisely as possible. If it is determined that the product needs to be returned, we will send you an RGA (RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION) number.If you return an item without this authorization, it will be refused by the supplier and returned back to you at your expense. You must send us a legable copy of your original proof of purchase. We do not expect problems with the products we sell but if there are we want to get them resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.
